Cladding Renovation for Crane Building

This renovation project focused on repairing the damaged exterior of the Crane Building while preparing it for future HVAC systems, using custom solutions to prevent water intrusion and upgrade aesthetics.

The building’s exterior was damaged and required significant renovation, including the addition of new vent and duct openings — all while ensuring complete protection from water intrusion.

Solution

We designed and installed custom flashings and trims for each new opening to ensure lasting weatherproofing. Damaged corrugated metal panels were replaced with durable, high-quality alternatives.

Execution

Each step was carefully coordinated with the general contractor (CM&B), from precision-cutting new openings to installing advanced cladding materials that enhance both performance and aesthetics.
