Overview

Challenge

Moisture and condensation from the indoor pool had damaged the walls, causing rot and structural risk.

Solution

We installed a monolithic AVB to prevent future condensation damage, followed by EIFS and new tile installations to restore the space.

Execution

Once waterproofed, the space was finished with modern EIFS and new tiles, providing both protection and a refreshed appearance.
