Challenge

Creating a cohesive, modern exterior design using multiple cladding systems with different performance and aesthetic profiles.

Solution

We selected and installed Nichiha fiber cement panels, Longboard siding, ATAS metal panels, and EIFS to achieve the desired contemporary look while ensuring durability and performance.

Execution

Working closely with the general contractor (CM&B), we delivered a seamless installation of each material, blending aesthetics with functionality for a refined shopping center exterior.
